Pricing: based on Pot Size

With few exceptions, costs of a nursery depend on how much work goes into root development, hence pot size. Except for cell grown plants, which are 50p each (quantity discounts)we price our standard range plants as follows (Prices in Pounds Sterling ):-
Hot peppers, tomatoes etc -1.00 per litre - so a 2 litre plant -2.00, a 3 litre -3.00, and so on...
Perennials and Grasses. pot size plus one pound, so 1 litre - 2.00, 2 litre - 3.00 and so on.  

Trees, shrubs : a 1 litre plant - 2.00,  2litre plant -3.00, a 3litre - 5.00, a 5litre - 8.00, a 7.5litre - 10.00, a 10litre - 15.00, a 15litre -25.00, a 25litre - 35.00, a 35 litre plant - 50.00.

January and February: Closed

April till October:  Open mon, thrs, fri, 2 till 6pm.  Saturday and Sunday Open 10 am till 5 pm.

 October, November, March: open mons, thrs fri from 1 till 4 pm, saturday and sunday from 10am till 4pm.

December:  Christmas tree sales, open most days until the 20th.

Plants which carry a premium
Premium Plants: Premium varies with size, quality etc.
Sequoiadendron. Bamboo in variety, Selected eucalyptus varieties and sports, premium varies from modest to huge. Living Christmas trees, premium varies. Ophiopogon, Carex sparkler, uncinia egmontiana, imperata cylindrica,Chasmantium latifolium. Taxus baccata, buxus sempervirens, pinus mugo pumilo. All grafted plants, such as Pinus radiata "Aurea" are horribly expensive
